Back to nature
We have quite a few adventures to talk about in back to nature this week, including Ashes Quarry, Hardwick Park, Tunstall Reservoir and Auckland Park!
Loose Ends
This week Craig joins me again and we ramble our way through book, tv, movie and podcast recommendations including:
I (Aimée ) am still reading Early Riser by Jasper Fforde and the Now Effect by Elisha Goldstein
Craig is still reading Dune and has been reading the Mindfulness of Breathing by Bhikkhu Analayo and you can find the guided meditations he mentions here: https://www.windhorsepublications.com/mindfulness-of-breathing-audio/
Tv watching has been mostly Lucifer but we have recently binge-watched Defending Jacob, which was amazing! I am re-watching Smallville and Craig has just started Hunters, both can be found on Amazon Prime.
Podcast recommendations for this week are Caithness Craft Collective: http://caithnesscraftcollective.podbean.com and the Psychology Podcast, in particular, this episode: https://scottbarrykaufman.com/podcast/cognitive-behavioral-therapy-made-simple-with-seth-gillihan/
Craig watched a really long movie called Shadow.
