Back to nature
In the back to nature segment this week come with me on a rambling journey around my local patch and enjoy the sounds of nature in spring!
Loose Ends
This week Craig joins me again and we ramble our way through book, tv, movie and podcast recommendations including:
I (Aimée ) am reading Early Riser by Jasper Fforde and the Now Effect by Elisha Goldstein
Craig is still reading Dune, despite not being able to remember if he has previously read it, and has also picked up The Compassionate Mind by Paul Gilbert. He mentions the foundation around this practice and it can be found here: https://www.compassionatemind.co.uk
Tv watching has been mostly Lucifer but Craig is also watching WestWorld whilst I am laughing my way through Russell Howard and Mum roadtrip re-runs!
Podcast recommendation for this week is Shinybees and you can find out all about Jo and her fab podcast here: https://www.shinybees.com
