Cake recipe
6oz Margarine
6oz Caster sugar
6oz Self raising flour
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of hot water
Large bar of milk chocolate
1 packet of dream topping
Cream butter and sugar in a bowl.
Mix the cocoa powder with the hot water to make a liquid and allow to cool.
Once the mixture is cool add it to the butter and sugar then add the eggs and flour, mix together.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and pour the mixture into 2 8 inch circular tins.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins and allow to cool.
When cooled mix together a packet of Birds Dream topping with around 100ml of milk and whisk until it is thick and forms peaks.
Melt around 12 squares of the milk chocolate until it is spreadable.
Sandwich the dream topping inbetween the sponges and spread the chocolate on the top, use a fork to make a pattern in the melted chocolate if desired.
